demonstrate a positive screening test for primary aldosteronism, defined as:\n\n  * Paired measurement of renin and aldosterone demonstrating a raised aldosterone-to-renin ratio \\>550 pmol\u002FL\u002Fng\u002FmL\u002Fh AND\n  * Suppressed renin \\\u003C=1ng\u002Fml\u002Fh\n* AND participants should demonstrate autonomous aldosterone secretion following salt-loading confirmatory
