The main question it aims to answer is:\n\nIs culturally-adapted CBT for psychosis feasible, acceptable to and safe for Black Sub-Saharan African and Caribbean people experiencing psychosis?\n\nParticipants will be asked to:\n\n* Answer some questionnaires about how things are at the moment\n* Attend up to 16 sessions of therapy\n* Answer the same questionnaires to see what has changed, if anything\n* Complete a semi-structured interview about their expectations and experience of therapy",[59,60],"Psychosis","Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorders","2026-07-08",{"date":63,"type":64},"2026-07-10","ACTUAL",{"date":66,"type":64},"2026-02-24",{"date":68,"type":53},"2026-12",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
