One of the main objectives is to evaluate how often ischemic stroke recurs during follow-up.\n\nThe main questions this study aims to answer are:\n\n* How often does ischemic stroke recur within 3 months after the initial stroke?\n* Which clinical factors may be associated with recurrent ischemic stroke?\n* What other clinical outcomes occur during follow-up?\n\nParticipants will receive medical care determined by their treating physicians. Researchers will collect information about participants' cancer, stroke characteristics, test results, treatments, recurrent ischemic stroke, and other clinical outcomes. Researchers will also explore whether clinical factors are associated with recurrent ischemic stroke and other outcomes. This study will not assign participants to a specific treatment.",[61,62],"Acute Ischemic Stroke","Active Cancer",[64,65,66,67],"Cancer-associated ischemic stroke","Recurrent ischemic stroke","Cancer","Antithrombotic therapy","2026-09-16",{"date":70,"type":71},"2026-09-21","ACTUAL",{"date":73,"type":71},"2026-03-01",{"date":75,"type":56},"2032-03-31",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
