This observational study will include children aged 1 month to 18 years presenting with symptoms suggestive of arrhythmia (palpitation, chest pain, syncope, dyspnea, or respiratory distress).\n\nAll participants will undergo full history, clinical examination, 12-lead ECG, and additional investigations as indicated (echocardiography, Holter, laboratory tests).
