The main question it aims to answer is:\n\n* What is the appropriate treatment strategy for patients diagnosed with tumor in sellar region with unruptured intracranial aneurysms?\n* Should the tumor be resected first followed by aneurysm treatment, or should the aneurysm be treated prior to tumor resection? Alternatively, is tumor resection alone with regular observation of the aneurysm a viable option?\n* What are the patient's intraoperative risks, postoperative complications, and prognosis?\n\nParticipants are required to:\n\n* Provide detailed medical records.\n* Complete laboratory tests and imaging examinations at scheduled time points and cooperate with neurosurgeons for follow-up visits after the relevant treatments.\n\nThis is an observational study. It solely collects patients' pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative follow-up information and does not influence the patient's treatment process or clinical decision-making.","Patients diagnosed of tumor in sellar region with unruptured intracranial aneurysms in the Chinese population",[23,28,33],{"label":24,"type":16,"description":25,"interventionNames":26},"Priority to Tumor","Tumor resection followed by aneurysm treatment",[27],"Procedure: Tumor resection followed by aneurysm treatment",{"label":29,"type":16,"description":30,"interventionNames":31},"Priority to Aneurysm","Aneurysm treatment followed by tumor resection",[32],"Procedure: Aneurysm treatment followed by tumor resection",{"label":34,"type":16,"description":35,"interventionNames":36},"Only Tumor","Tumor resection without aneurysm treatment but observation",[37],"Other: Observation",[39,42,44],{"type":40,"name":25,"description":25,"armGroupLabels":41,"otherNames":16},"PROCEDURE",[24],{"type":40,"name":30,"description":30,"armGroupLabels":43,"otherNames":16},[29],{"type":6,"name":45,"description":35,"armGroupLabels":46,"otherNames":16},"Observation",[34],[48],{"name":49,"role":50,"phone":51,"phoneExt":16,"email":52},"Sen Cheng, MD","CONTACT","+8615313520109","dr.sencheng@hotmail.com",[54],{"facility":55,"status":16,"city":56,"state":57,"zip":58,"country":57,"countryCode":59,"cosmosGeoPoint":60,"geoPoint":65,"contacts":66},"Beijing Tiantan Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University","Beijing","China","100070","CN",{"type":61,"coordinates":62},"Point",[63,64],116.39723,39.9075,{"lat":64,"lon":63},[67],{"name":68,"role":50,"phone":69,"phoneExt":16,"email":52},"Sen Cheng, Dr.","86-15313520109",{"type":71,"investigatorFullName":72,"investigatorTitle":73,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":16,"oldOrganization":16},"SPONSOR_INVESTIGATOR","Cheng sen","Principal Investigator",[75,77,79,81,84,86,88,90,92,94,96,98,100],{"name":76,"class":6},"Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology",{"name":78,"class":6},"West China Hospital",{"name":80,"class":6},"Xijing Hospital",{"name":82,"class":83},"Shandong Provincial Hospital","OTHER_GOV",{"name":85,"class":6},"The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University",{"name":87,"class":6},"First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University",{"name":89,"class":6},"Shengjing Hospital",{"name":91,"class":6},"Lanzhou University Second Hospital",{"name":93,"class":6},"The First Hospital of Jilin University",{"name":95,"class":6},"People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region",{"name":97,"class":6},"Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine",{"name":99,"class":6},"Huashan Hospital",{"name":101,"class":6},"Jinling Hospital, China","100655208","china-treatment-trial-for-tumor-in-sellar-region-with-unruptured-intracranial-aneurysm-100655208",false,"NCT07809178","China Treatment Trial for Tumor in Sellar Region With Unruptured Intracranial Aneurysm","Treatment Strategies for Tumor in Sellar Region With Unruptured Intracranial Aneurysms in the Chinese Population","ChTTSRUIA","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
