The platform integrates AI, using natural language processing and machine learning to analyze patient-reported symptoms, automatically assess severity, and generate alerts. Alerts are classified as yellow, orange, or red. Yellow indicates mild issues with self-care recommendations; consecutive yellow alerts prompt doctor contact within 24 hours. Orange indicates moderate severity, requiring doctor intervention within 24 hours. Red alerts signify serious symptoms or high-risk medication errors, prompting immediate notification of the doctor and emergency team. The system monitors symptom changes and updates alerts to support treatment optimization.",[13],"Device: Mobile application follow-up",[15],{"type":16,"name":17,"description":11,"armGroupLabels":18,"otherNames":19},"DEVICE","Mobile application follow-up",[9],null,[21],{"name":22,"affiliation":5,"role":23},"Jun Qin","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",[25],{"name":26,"role":27,"phone":28,"phoneExt":19,"email":29},"Xiaomiao Wang","CONTACT","+8617843321256","wangxm0109@163.com",[31],{"facility":32,"status":33,"city":34,"state":19,"zip":35,"country":36,"countryCode":37,"cosmosGeoPoint":38,"geoPoint":43,"contacts":44},"Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Renji Hospital","RECRUITING","Shanghai","200135","China","CN",{"type":39,"coordinates":40},"Point",[41,42],121.45806,31.22222,{"lat":42,"lon":41},[45],{"name":46,"role":27,"phone":47,"phoneExt":19,"email":48},"yunyue guo","021-68383312","guoyunyue@renji.com",{"type":50,"investigatorFullName":19,"investigatorTitle":19,"investigatorAffiliation":19,"oldNameTitle":19,"oldOrganization":19},"SPONSOR",[52],{"name":53,"class":6},"Shanghai Shen Kang Hospital Development Center","100568766","colorectum-digital-system-for-postoperative-quality-improvement-in-colorectal-cancer-100568766",false,"NCT06685497","COLORECTUM+ Digital System for Postoperative Quality Improvement in Colorectal Cancer","Construction and Application of a Digital Postoperative Medical Quality Evaluation and Promotion System for Colorectal Cancer Based on the COLORECTUM+ Model","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Over 18 years old.\n* Pathologically confirmed colorectal cancer patients.\n* Underwent surgery at the Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Center, Gastrointestinal Surgery, Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.\n* Signed informed consent form.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Unable to access electronic devices that can connect to the internet or mobile communications.\n* Uncontrolled psychiatric illness.\n* The ECOG score is greater than or equal to 3.\n* Deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator.","ALL","18 Years",{"count":64,"type":65},236,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[68],"NA","This is a single-center, prospective, interventional study. A total of 236 colorectal cancer patients who underwent surgery will be enrolled and followed for 52 weeks. The digital healthcare quality management system, based on the COLORECTUM+ model, will be used for post-treatment quality evaluation and continuous improvement.\n\nPatients will be managed using an Internet+ post-treatment healthcare management platform. The platform integrates AI technology for real-time symptom analysis and alerts. Patients will report symptoms and health data through the platform, which will generate alerts based on symptom severity to guide appropriate interventions. Follow-up assessments will include patient adherence, satisfaction, quality of life, and healthcare utilization.\n\nThe study expects to demonstrate that the digital healthcare quality management system improves follow-up rates, enhances patient adherence, reduces unplanned hospital visits, and increases overall patient satisfaction. The findings aim to provide evidence for the implementation of digital management systems in colorectal cancer post-treatment care, potentially leading to improved long-term outcomes for patients.",[71],"Colorectal Carcinoma",[73,74,75,76],"colorectal carcinoma","follow-up","Ehealth","adherence","2026-07-27",{"date":79,"type":80},"2026-07-28","ACTUAL",{"date":82,"type":80},"2024-12-01",{"date":84,"type":65},"2028-06-01",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
