Participants will be randomly allocated into two groups. The experimental group will receive Contrology training, while the control group will receive conventional physiotherapy. Outcomes will include pain intensity, cervical range of motion, neck-related disability, and craniovertebral angle. Assessments will be performed at baseline, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks.
