Urinary neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) and kidney injury molecule-1 (KIM-1) levels will be measured and normalized to urinary creatinine. Biomarker changes will be compared between patients undergoing surgery in 30° and 45° Trendelenburg positions. The study seeks to determine whether these biomarkers can detect early renal injury before clinically significant changes in serum creatinine occur.",[72,73],"Acute Kidney Injury","Subclinical Acute Kidney Injury",[75,76,77,78,79,72,80,81],"NGAL","KIM-1","Gynecologic Laparoscopy","Pneumoperitoneum","Trandelenburg Position","Biomarker","Renal Injury","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-07-09",{"date":85,"type":86},"2026-07-15","ACTUAL",{"date":88,"type":68},"2026-08-01",{"date":90,"type":68},"2027-03-01",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
