(OAK is common in this Age group)\n* Diagnosed with OAK with Kellgren and Lawrence Grading III and IV.\n* No ligamentous laxity and varus or valgus deformity. (In standard TKR patients with ligamentous laxity Constrained Condylar Knee (CCK) with intramedullary stem is used).\n* Patients who wish to have an active lifestyle.\n* Agreeing to participate and signing informed consent voluntarily.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Previous knee surgery within six months.\n* Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus\n* Chronic Kidney Disease. (Patients on hemodialysis)\n* Metabolic bone disease.
