Vaccinations, screenings, reduced consumption of toxic substances, and healthy lifestyle and dietary habits can significantly reduce morbidity and mortality. However, participation rates in France remain low compared to those of neighboring European countries, particularly with regard to cancer screenings and vaccination coverage. A lack of information, motivation, or unequal access hinders adherence to preventive measures. Some of these factors can be addressed.\n\nEmergency departments, although rarely utilized for prevention, serve a diverse population and could serve as a strategic lever for educating the public about preventive health measures.\n\nPersonalized information, supported by a digital tool, could improve adherence to preventive measures. An interactive questionnaire was developed to tailor the information provided to patients based on their personal characteristics.
