By incorporating static and dynamic assessments of the foot and ankle complex can help to identify this distortion pattern. Approximately 10 to 25% of adults bears pronation distortion syndrome. When there is hip dysfunction (e.g., weakness in the abductors, such as the gluteus Medius), the femur may begin to rotate and adduct, eventually leading to foot pronation. Both are cases of PDS, but each has a different origin of dysfunction.\n\nThe objective of the study will be to determine the effect of NASM exercises on balance, posture and proprioception in patients with pronation distortion syndrome. A Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial Study will be conducted at Arif memorial Teaching hospital Lahore. Fifty-six patients of age between 20 to 40 years with pronation distortion syndrome were randomized into 2 groups. Group A received routine exercises. For both groups, the initial intervention involved applying self-myofascial release and static stretching for 5 mints. All the participants underwent three sessions per week for 4 weeks.",[96],"Pronation Distortion Syndrome",[47,98,17,99,100],"Pronation","Posture","Proprioception","2026-09-09",{"date":103,"type":104},"2026-09-15","ACTUAL",{"date":106,"type":90},"2026-09-16",{"date":108,"type":90},"2026-12-30",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
