aged 18 years or older;\n* Fasting blood glucose level \\\u003C 100 mg\u002FdL;\n* Individuals without type 1 or type 2 diabetes.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study period;\n* Individuals with chronic gastrointestinal diseases (such as irritable bowel syndrome \\[IBS\\], inflammatory bowel disease \\[IBD\\], chronic diarrhea, celiac disease, short bowel syndrome, ulcers, colorectal cancer, etc.), a history of epilepsy or seizures, psychiatric disorders, malignant tumors, endocrine disorders, liver or kidney
