Each session will deliver 1800 to 2000 focused shock waves at a frequency of 4-6 Hz and an energy flux density of 0.20-0.30 mJ\u002Fmm² targeting the point of maximum tenderness on the medial aspect of the calcaneal tuberosity.\n\nESWT + Kinesio Taping Group: Patients will receive the same ESWT protocol combined with Kinesio Taping. Taping will be applied twice (once a week for 2 weeks) using a standard 5 cm kinesiology tape. Four strips will be applied with 25% tension from the calcaneus toward the metatarsal heads, and an additional I-band with 50% tension will be applied across the transverse arch. Tapes will remain in place for 5 days per application.\n\nClinical and ultrasonographic evaluations will be performed at baseline, immediately after the treatment course, and at the 3-month follow-up. Parameters will include pain assessment via the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) for morning and general pain, foot functionality via the Foot Function Index (FFI), and morphological measurement of plantar fascia thickness using ultrasonography.",[25,31],{"label":26,"type":27,"description":28,"interventionNames":29},"ESWT Group","ACTIVE_COMPARATOR","Patients will receive 3 sessions of focused extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) at 1-week intervals",[30],"Device: Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT)",{"label":32,"type":33,"description":34,"interventionNames":35},"ESWT + Kinesio Taping Group","EXPERIMENTAL","Patients will receive focused ESWT combined with Kinesio Taping applied twice (once a week for 2 weeks).",[36,30],"Other: Kinesio Taping",[38,42],{"type":6,"name":39,"description":40,"armGroupLabels":41,"otherNames":11},"Kinesio Taping","Kinesiology tape applied twice (once a week for 2 weeks) with mechanical correction and tension",[32],{"type":43,"name":44,"description":45,"armGroupLabels":46,"otherNames":11},"DEVICE","Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT)","Patients will receive 3 sessions of focused ESWT at 1-week intervals (1800 to 2000 impulses per session at 0.20-0.30 mJ\u002Fmm²",[32,26],[48],{"name":49,"role":50,"phone":51,"phoneExt":11,"email":52},"Furkan Çakır, M.D, Specialist","CONTACT","+905072212915","dr.furkancakir@gmail.com",[54],{"facility":55,"status":56,"city":57,"state":58,"zip":59,"country":60,"countryCode":11,"cosmosGeoPoint":61,"geoPoint":66,"contacts":67},"Ankara Bilkent City Hospital","RECRUITING","Ankara","Çankaya","06800","Turkey (Türkiye)",{"type":62,"coordinates":63},"Point",[64,65],32.85427,39.91987,{"lat":65,"lon":64},[68],{"name":49,"role":50,"phone":51,"phoneExt":11,"email":52},{"type":70,"investigatorFullName":71,"investigatorTitle":72,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":11,"oldOrganization":11},"PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR","Furkan Çakır","Specialist.
