The neurological dysfunction of DPNP patients and the defects of traditional SCS lead to unsatisfactory therapeutic effects.\n\nThe emerging high-frequency SCS (HF-SCS) technology can treat chronic pain without relying on tingling sensation. Multiple evidence shows that HF-SCS has better long-term efficacy in treating chronic neuropathic pain than traditional SCS.\n\nOur research group has also preliminarily confirmed the effectiveness and safety of HF-SCS in treating DPNP.\n\nTherefore, this study intends to use a multicenter prospective randomized controlled clinical research method to explore the superiority of HF-SCS in treating DPNP compared to traditional SCS, and establish a standardized diagnosis and treatment platform database for DPNP in Beijing.\n\nThis project will provide high-level evidence-based medicine for the treatment of DPNP with HF-SCS, and also provide clinical big data support for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of DPNP in the future.\n\nOn the basis of medical engineering integration, an innovative remote control system is applied to achieve real-time adjustment and precise regulation of SCS treatment parameters.",[22,28],{"label":23,"type":24,"description":25,"interventionNames":26},"spinal cord stimulation","ACTIVE_COMPARATOR","Traditional spinal cord electrical stimulation",[27],"Device: spinal cord stimulator",{"label":29,"type":30,"description":31,"interventionNames":32},"high frequency spinal cord stimulation","EXPERIMENTAL","High frequency SCS (HF-SCS) technology can treat chronic pain without relying on the tingling sensation",[33],"Device: high frequency spinal cord stimulation",[35,40],{"type":36,"name":37,"description":38,"armGroupLabels":39,"otherNames":13},"DEVICE","spinal cord stimulator","A spinal cord stimulator is an implanted device that sends low levels of electricity directly into the spinal cord to relieve pain.",[23],{"type":36,"name":29,"description":41,"armGroupLabels":42,"otherNames":13},"A spinal cord stimulator is an implanted device that sends low levels and high frequency of electricity directly into the spinal cord to relieve pain.",[29],[44],{"name":45,"affiliation":5,"role":46},"BiFa Fan, master","STUDY_CHAIR",[48],{"name":45,"role":49,"phone":50,"phoneExt":51,"email":52},"CONTACT","18811358829","086","Lichen1616@outlook.com",[54],{"facility":5,"status":55,"city":56,"state":13,"zip":13,"country":57,"countryCode":58,"cosmosGeoPoint":59,"geoPoint":64,"contacts":65},"RECRUITING","Beijing","China","CN",{"type":60,"coordinates":61},"Point",[62,63],116.39723,39.9075,{"lat":63,"lon":62},[66],{"name":67,"role":49,"phone":13,"phoneExt":13,"email":13},"Peng Mao",{"type":69,"investigatorFullName":70,"investigatorTitle":5,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":13,"oldOrganization":13},"SPONSOR_INVESTIGATOR","Fan BiFa",[72,74,76,78,80],{"name":73,"class":6},"Peking University Third Hospital",{"name":75,"class":6},"Xuanwu Hospital, Beijing",{"name":77,"class":6},"Civil Aviation General Hospital",{"name":79,"class":6},"Shenzhen Sixth People's Hospital",{"name":81,"class":6},"Beijing Tiantan Hospital","100528266","high-frequency-scs-versus-scs-in-the-treatment-of-diabetic-peripheral-neuropathic-pain-100528266",false,"NCT06158529","High-frequency SCS Versus SCS in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathic Pain","A Multicentre Clinical Study of High-frequency Electrical Spinal Cord Stimulation Versus Electrical Spinal Cord Stimulation in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathic Pain","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
