Volume Reduction Surgery","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease\n* FEV1 ≤ 45% pred and FEV1\u002FFVC\\\u003C70%\n* TLC\\>100% pred and RV\\>175% pred\n* CAT score≥18\n* Emphysema damage\\>50%\n* Complete interlobar fissure \\>95% based on quantitative analysis of CT measurement\n* No smoking\\>6 months\n* Sign the informed consent form\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* PaCO2\\>8.0 kPa, or PaO2\\\u003C6.0 kPa\n* 6-minute walk test\\\u003C160m\n* Obvious chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis or other infectious pulmonary diseases\n* More than 3 hospitalizations for pulmonary infection in the past 12 months before baseline assessment\n* Previous lobectomy, LVRS or lung transplantation\n* LVEF\\\u003C45% and or RVSP\\>50mmHg\n* Anticoagulant
