Unexplained neonatal respiratory distress, lateralization defect, productive cough, bronchiectasis, daily nasal congestion, and pansinusitis, as well as laboratory tests such as high-speed video microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, or genetic testing according to the European Respiratory Society diagnostic guidelines.\n2.
