Most stem cell transplantations involve using cells from a donor (allogeneic HSCT) with matching human leukocyte antigen (HLA) types, such as full siblings or volunteer donors.\n\nCurrently, the Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, is capable of performing stem cell transplantations in patients who lack fully matched donors, using donors such as the patient's father or mother. Patient preparation before transplantation is a critical factor affecting treatment outcomes. Proper preparation increases the likelihood of successful treatment, particularly as this patient population typically presents with severe conditions. Additionally, selecting an appropriate conditioning regimen (pre-transplant chemotherapy) and providing optimal care during and after transplantation are equally vital to the treatment outcomes.\n\nCollecting data to study the various factors influencing HSCT outcomes in pediatric patients, as well as associated complications, will yield essential information for treatment planning and pre-transplant patient preparation. This will help advance the treatment of hematologic diseases, cancers, and other conditions in children through stem cell transplantation to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.","Patients in the Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University",[26],{"name":27,"affiliation":28,"role":29},"Usanarat Anurathapan, MD","Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",[31],{"name":27,"role":32,"phone":33,"phoneExt":11,"email":34},"CONTACT","6622011803","usanarat.anu@mahidol.ac.th",[36],{"facility":37,"status":38,"city":39,"state":40,"zip":41,"country":42,"countryCode":43,"cosmosGeoPoint":44,"geoPoint":49,"contacts":50},"Ramathibodi Hospital","RECRUITING","Ratchathewi","Bangkok","10400","Thailand","TH",{"type":45,"coordinates":46},"Point",[47,48],100.53358,13.759,{"lat":48,"lon":47},[51,52],{"name":27,"role":32,"phone":33,"phoneExt":11,"email":34},{"name":27,"role":29,"phone":11,"phoneExt":11,"email":11},{"type":29,"investigatorFullName":54,"investigatorTitle":55,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":11,"oldOrganization":11},"Usanarat Anurathapan","Associate Professor","100658938","outcome-of-hsct-in-children-at-ramathibodi-hospital-100658938",false,"NCT07857746","Outcome of HSCT in Children at Ramathibodi Hospital","Outcome of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation in Children With Hematologic, Malignant and Other Diseases at Ramathibodi Hospital","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients with hematologic, malignant, or other diseases who underwent HSCT\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Incomplete or loss of medical records","ALL","18 Years",{"count":66,"type":67},200,"ESTIMATED","OBSERVATIONAL","Firstly, to study the treatment outcomes of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) in patients with hematologic diseases, cancers, and other conditions treated at the Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital.
