After Intra-Articular Corticosteroid Injection in Moderate-to-Severe Medial Knee Osteoarthritis?","Medial OA CSI","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age ≥ 40\n* Clinical diagnosis of knee OA with predominant medial compartment symptoms\n* Radiographic moderate-to-severe medial compartment OA (KL grade 3-4 or equivalent)\n* Agreed to and preparing to receive a CSI of the knee as part of standard care from surgeon, regardless of past injection of the knee\n* Able to provide informed consent\n* Able to complete phone, email, or MyChart follow-ups in English\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Predominant lateral compartment OA or patellofemoral-only OA\n* Inflammatory arthritis (RA, gout flare, etc.)\n* Suspected or confirmed joint infection or overlying cellulitis\n* Prior knee arthroplasty on the index knee\n* Planned surgery for index knee within 12-week follow-up\n* Inability to complete follow-up assessments\n* Other clinician-determined contraindication to CSI","ALL","40 arthritis of the inside of their knee if they get a steroid injection on the inside or outside of their knee. Participants will:\n\n1. Be randomly divided into getting their steroid injection on the inside or outside of their knee.\n2.
