Transcranial photobiomodulation therapy is a novel neuromodulation technique using transcranial low-power light to modulate brain biological functions. This technique has been used to treat various neurological or psychiatric conditions, including ischemic stroke, traumatic brain injury, and major depression. This study is designed to explore whether using transcranial photobiomodulation therapy during the perioperative period can reduce the incidence of delayed neurocognitive recovery in older patients with pre-existing neurocognitive impairment.",[78,79,80,81,82],"Older Adults","Surgery","Transcranial Photobiomodulation","Delayed Neurocognitive Recovery","Postoperative Delirium",[84,79,85,86,87],"Older adults","Transcranial photobiomodulation","Delayed neurocognitive recovery","Postoperative delirium","2026-08-07",{"date":90,"type":91},"2026-08-10","ACTUAL",{"date":93,"type":91},"2026-08-05",{"date":95,"type":72},"2027-07",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
