Age range: 35 to 65 years old.\n2. Patients diagnosed with stage III. Periodontitis\n3. Presence of isolated intrabony defect with PPD ≥ 6 mm, CAL ≥ 6 mm\n4. Intrabony defect depth ≥3 mm.\n5. Contained an intrabony defect, 3-wall intrabony defect.\n6. No periodontal treatment has been administered in the previous six months.\n7. Full-mouth plaque score ≤ 10%.\n8.
