Between 45 to 75 years of age\n2. Currently receiving gastroenterology or primary care at NYU Langone Hospital\n3. Capacity and willingness to provide consent\n4. Undergoing a screening colonoscopy\n\nProvider Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Faculty gastroenterologist at NYU Langone Ambulatory Care Center\n2. At least 18 years of age\n3. Willingness to provide consent\n\nPatient Exclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Under 45 years or over 75 years of age\n2. Known allergy to blue dye, peppermint and\u002For simethicone\n3. Current use of antispasmodics or anti-flatulance agents\n4. Pregnancy: This exclusion is based on standard clinical practice and safety considerations, as colonoscopy is not typically performed during pregnancy except in urgent circumstances.
