Criteria:\n\n* Male or female subjects aged≥18years and≤75 years at the time of signing the Informed Consent Form (ICF).\n* At screening, Body Mass Index (BMI)≥28kg\u002Fm²\n* Weight change due to diet and exercise alone within 3 months prior to screening did not exceed 5%.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Previously diagnosed obesity caused by monogenic mutations, other diseases, or medications.\n*
