Prior chemoradiotherapy in the Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer (LACC) setting is not considered a line of treatment.\n* Has received anti-PD-1\u002Fanti-PD-L1 therapy as part of a prior cervical cancer treatment regimen, if eligible.\n* Has received no more than 3 prior systemic regimens for advanced disease, with no more than one line of single-agent chemotherapy, and\u002For no more than one antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) therapy.\n* Has received no prior treatment with weekly paclitaxel, other than a front-line combination treatment as part of a platinum doublet regimen.\n* Has measurable disease per RECIST v1.1, as assessed by the investigator. Lesions situated in a previously irradiated area are considered measurable if radiographic progression has been demonstrated in such lesions.\n* Has provided documented informed consent.\n* Is assigned female sex at birth and is at least 18 years of age at the time of providing informed consent.\n* Has an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0 or 1 within 7 days before inclusion.\n* Has consented to provide available formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor tissue from a core\u002Fexcisional biopsy or surgical resection specimen. If unavailable, the most representative FFPE tumor block of the disease should be provided.\n* Adverse events due to previous anticancer therapies must have recovered to Grade ≤1 or baseline, except alopecia or vitiligo. Participants with endocrine-related adverse events who are adequately treated with hormone replacement therapy are eligible.\n* Participants with HIV infection must have well-controlled HIV on antiretroviral therapy (ART), defined as:\n* CD4+ T-cell count ≥350 cells\u002Fmm³ at screening.\n* Confirmed HIV RNA below 50 copies\u002FmL or below the lower limit of quantification for at least 12 weeks before screening.\n* No AIDS-defining opportunistic infection within the previous 12 months.\n* Stable ART regimen without changes in drugs or dose modification for at least 4 weeks before inclusion, with agreement to continue ART throughout the study. The ART regimen must not contain strong CYP3A4 inducers or CYP3A substrates that cannot be dose-adjusted when coadministered with strong CYP3A inhibitors.\n* Participants who are HBsAg positive are eligible if they have received HBV antiviral therapy for at least 4 weeks and have undetectable HBV viral load prior to inclusion.\n* Has adequate organ function:\n* Absolute neutrophil count ≥1,500 cells\u002Fmm³ without G-CSF support within 2 weeks before screening laboratory sample collection.\n* Platelet count ≥100,000\u002Fmm³ without transfusion within 2 weeks before screening laboratory sample collection.\n* Hemoglobin ≥9 g\u002FdL without transfusion within 2 weeks before screening laboratory sample collection.\n* AST and ALT ≤2.5 × upper limit of normal (ULN), or ≤5 × ULN in the presence of liver metastases.\n* Total bilirubin ≤1.5 × ULN, or ≤3 × ULN for participants with Gilbert's syndrome.\n* Albumin ≥2.5 g\u002FdL.\n* Calculated creatinine clearance ≥30 mL\u002Fmin, with full recovery from any episode of acute renal failure.\n* Participants of childbearing potential must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to use highly effective contraception; hormonal contraceptives are not allowed.\n* Is affiliated with a social insurance regimen.\n* Is willing and able to comply with the protocol for the duration of the study, including treatment, scheduled visits, examinations, and follow-up.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Grade ≥2 peripheral neuropathy.\n* Active inflammatory bowel disease requiring immunosuppressive medication or previous history of inflammatory bowel disease, including Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or chronic diarrhea.\n* Clinically relevant and reversible toxicity from prior systemic anticancer therapies or radiotherapy that has not resolved to Grade ≤1 before enrollment, except alopecia, hearing loss, vitiligo, and endocrinopathy managed with replacement therapy.\n* Surgery within 4 weeks prior to enrollment or anticipated requirement for a surgical procedure during the study.
