Arthritis.\n\nB. Myositis.\n\nC. Carditis.\n\nD. Progressive skin disease.\n\nE. Elevated inflammatory markers.\n\n\\- Participants must have a non-response or intolerance despite ≥ 6 months of treatment with at least one immunomodulatory drug.
