All patients should be free from any systemic diseases that might affect the bone quality or post-operative healing.\n\n* Completely edentulous patients with their age range from 55 to 65 years\n* All patients have Angle's Class I maxillomandibular relationship\n* Normal facial symmetry with no signs and symptoms of temporomandibular disorders.\n* Cooperative patients\n* Adequate inter-arch space.\n* All patients have recent and old extractions ,a period of at least 6 months from the date of last extraction.\n* All patients have lower arch with irregular buccolingual thickness .\n* Edentulous ridge covered by healthy firm mucoperiosteum, without abnormal morphology.\n* Normal tongue size.\n* All the selected patients should be free from any oral pathological lesions such as cysts, remaining root, or residual infection.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nGeneral health conditions preclude a minor surgical intervention, risk patients are excluded.\n\n* Local anesthesia with a vasoconstrictor is contraindicated\n* Immunosuppressive therapy, prolonged intake of antibiotics or corticosteroids, or brittle metabolic disease history.","ALL","55 Years","65 Years",{"count":71,"type":72},12,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[75],"PHASE2","After teeth extraction and over years of removable denture wearing, atrophy of residual alveolar ridges progresses.
