The incidence of these symptoms may be particularly increased in emergency cesarean sections involving non-fasted (full-stomach) parturients. This study compares two commonly used antiemetic strategies, namely 5-hydroxytryptamine-3 (5-HT3) receptor antagonists and dopamine receptor antagonists, to determine their relative effectiveness in preventing IONV during surgery.\n\nThe findings are expected to contribute to optimization of antiemetic prophylaxis protocols, improvement of maternal comfort, and reduction of perioperative complications associated with nausea and vomiting during emergency cesarean delivery.",[81,82,83,84,85,86],"Intraoperative Nausea-retching-vomiting Episodes","Spinal Aneshtesia","Ceserean Section","Antiemetic Therapy","Ondansetron","Metoclopramide",[88,89,90,91,92,93,94,95,96],"Cesarean Section","Emergency Cesarean Delivery","Non-fasted Parturients","Full Stomach","Spinal Anesthesia","Antiemetic Prophylaxis","Intraoperative Nausea and Vomiting","Obstetric Anesthesia","Maternal Outcomes","2026-08-16",{"date":99,"type":100},"2026-08-18","ACTUAL",{"date":102,"type":100},"2026-07-30",{"date":104,"type":75},"2027-01-02",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
