The device is intended to be used in intervertebral fusion surgery. Around 50 participants will participate in this study in 2 hospitals.\n\nThe Fortilink-TS Ti cage is meant to be placed in the lower back, to treat degenerative disc disease with up to grade I spondylolisthesis. The study will involve data gathering based on routine care. The study will only entail collection of data (medical history prior to the surgery, data from the surgery and data in the follow up after one year). Fortilink-TS Ti cages are not new, but have been on the market since 2020. The clinical study is performed to actively gather data on the use of this product in the intended group of patients, to monitor its safety and performance. The treatment and follow-up provided in this study does not differ from the standard of care; meaning that participants in the study will receive the same treatment and follow the same follow-up visits and assessments as patients undergoing the same procedure outside of the study.","Patients matching the indications for the device, treated in the selected clinic",[34],{"label":35,"type":16,"description":16,"interventionNames":36},"Fortilink-TS - treated patients",[37],"Procedure: Posterior lumbar interbody fusion surgery",[39],{"type":40,"name":41,"description":42,"armGroupLabels":43,"otherNames":16},"PROCEDURE","Posterior lumbar interbody fusion surgery","Fortilink-TS Ti",[35],[45],{"name":46,"role":47,"phone":48,"phoneExt":16,"email":49},"Tess Jimenez - van Dam, MSc","CONTACT","+31 - (0)6 - 267 18 663","tess@baatmedical.com",[51,69],{"facility":52,"status":53,"city":54,"state":54,"zip":55,"country":56,"countryCode":57,"cosmosGeoPoint":58,"geoPoint":63,"contacts":64},"Clinica Santa Elena","RECRUITING","Madrid","28003","Spain","ES",{"type":59,"coordinates":60},"Point",[61,62],-3.70256,40.4165,{"lat":62,"lon":61},[65],{"name":66,"role":47,"phone":67,"phoneExt":16,"email":68},"Principal Investigator","+34 91 453 94 00","informacion@clinica-santa-elena.org",{"facility":70,"status":53,"city":71,"state":72,"zip":73,"country":56,"countryCode":57,"cosmosGeoPoint":74,"geoPoint":78,"contacts":79},"Centro Médico Asturias","Oviedo","Principality of Asturias","33193",{"type":59,"coordinates":75},[76,77],-5.84476,43.36029,{"lat":77,"lon":76},[80],{"name":66,"role":47,"phone":81,"phoneExt":16,"email":82},"+34 985 250 300","contacto@medastur.com",{"type":84,"investigatorFullName":16,"investigatorTitle":16,"investigatorAffiliation":16,"oldNameTitle":16,"oldOrganization":16},"SPONSOR",[86,88],{"name":87,"class":6},"Paradigm Spine",{"name":89,"class":6},"Archer Research","100657026","pmcf-study-fortilink-ts-ti-100657026",false,"NCT07834736","PMCF Study Fortilink-TS Ti","Post-market Clinical Study of the Fortilink-TS Ti","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
