This includes vitamins, herbal supplements, and any medications affecting metabolism. Examples include probiotics and prebiotics, vit D, vit B12, Ginseng, fenugreek, weight loss supplements like green tea extract and Garcinia cambogia, fiber supplements like inulin and Psyllium husk.
