Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either a serratus posterior superior intercostal plane block or intrathecal morphine before general anesthesia.\n\nThe primary outcome is cumulative opioid consumption during the first 24 postoperative hours, expressed as intravenous morphine milligram equivalents.
