In Bordeaux teaching hospital, a prevalence survey identified the department of anaesthesia and Intensive Care Unit with the highest rate for pressure ulcer (up to 29% of patients). Yet, developing a PU will increase patient's pain, health expenses, and the risks for further complications such as infection, prolonged hospitalization and a higher mortality rate. Therefore, this study aims at improving pressure ulcer prediction by using the Simplified Acute Physiology Score 2 (SAPS 2) as the latter estimates the severity of a patient condition while factoring in several causative factors for pressure ulcer among ICU patients. This could then lead to a better use and allocation of human and material resources and improve patients' care.",[55],"Pressure Ulcers",[57,58,59,60],"SAPS 2","Pressure ulcers","predictive test","Intensive Care Unit","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-07-23",{"date":64,"type":65},"2026-07-29","ACTUAL",{"date":67,"type":51},"2027-02",{"date":69,"type":51},"2028-09",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
