Another objective of the study is to identify the demographic and clinical factors affecting the smallest worthwhile effect.\n\nThe main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n1. What is the smallest worthwhile effect of rotator cuff repair surgery compared to exercise therapy?\n2. What is the smallest worthwhile effect of supervised exercise therapy compared to unsupervised exercise therapy?\n3. Do demographic and clinical factors influence the smallest worthwhile effect? Participants will be asked to provide demographic and clinical data and to answer questions on a survey.",[30],"Rotator Cuff Tears (RCTs)",[32,33,34,35,36],"rotator cuff tear","rotator cuff repair","exercise","smallest worthwhile effect","benefit-harm trade-off method","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-08-18",{"date":40,"type":41},"2026-08-21","ACTUAL",{"date":43,"type":26},"2026-10",{"date":45,"type":26},"2027-12",{"name":5,"class":6}]
