Adult women aged 18 years and older\n2. Histologically confirmed stage 0-III breast cancer\n3. No evidence of metastatic disease\n4. Self-identify as Black\n5. Able to communicate in English\n\nParticipants:\n\nTo be eligible to participate in this study, an individual must meet all the following criteria:\n\n1. Adult women aged 18 years and older\n2. Histologically confirmed stage 0-III breast cancer\n3. No evidence of metastatic disease\n4. Self-identify as Black\n5. Able to communicate in English\n\nCommunity Interventionists:\n\nTo be eligible to participate in this study, an individual must meet all the following criteria:\n\n1. Adult women aged 18 years and older\n2. Histologically confirmed stage 0-III breast cancer\n3. No evidence of metastatic disease\n4. Self-identify as Black\n5. Former study participants that have completed the intervention\n6. Able to communicate in English\n\nGeneral Exclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Men or woman below 18 years of age\n2. Does not have a histologically confirmed breast cancer\n3. There's evidence of metastatic disease\n4. Does not self-identify as Black\n5.
