The project plans to collect 500 lung tissue samples from patients undergoing lung cancer surgery, build an ecological map of non-small cell lung cancer fungi through high-throughput sequencing, and simultaneously carry out traditional fungi culture to obtain culturable strain resources, so as to build a resource bank of non-small cell lung cancer fungi. By integrating clinicopathological information and follow-up data, using bioinformatics and statistical methods, key landmark fungi were screened, and the correlation between fungal community structure and different pathological subtypes, stages and clinical characteristics of non-small cell lung cancer was analyzed.\n\nThis project intends to study the structural characteristics and clinical relevance of fungal microbiota in lung tissue of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
