Adult patients aged 18-65 years.\n2. Anticipated ICU stay of more than 24 hours.\n3. Clinical requirement and ability to continuously monitor vital signs and urine output.\n4. Obtained written informed consent from the patient or their legal guardians.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Patients placed in strict isolation due to highly infectious diseases.\n2. Death within 24 hours of ICU admission.\n3. Patients transferred from another external Intensive Care Unit.\n4. Re-admission to the ICU during the active study period.\n5. Pre-existing chronic altered consciousness or irreversible neurological deficit.\n6.
