Preoperative airway ultrasonography measurements will be assessed, followed by evaluation of LMA placement, ventilation efficacy, insertion attempts, placement time, and complications. Ultrasonography will also be used to assess LMA position after placement, with confirmation by leak testing and fiberoptic evaluation.
