ECOG PS 0-1\n2. The lower edge of the tumor is ≤12cm from the anal margin. After multidisciplinary assessment, R0 resection is possible\n3. RAS\u002FBRAF wild type, pMMR\u002FMSS status\n4. Patients of childbearing age need to take effective contraceptive measures.\n5. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. dMMR\u002FMSI-H type\n2.
