The CORE is a five-item self-report scale that assesses five basic areas of daily life: eating, sleeping, physical activity, learning new things, and social relationships. Approximately 300 adults aged 18 years and older will participate in the study. Participants will complete the Turkish version of the CORE together with measures of health-related quality of life. The CORE will also be administered again one week later to evaluate test-retest reliability.
