Patients referred to the TMD outpatient clinic of the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery, San Paolo Hospital (Milan, Italy), will complete the translated questionnaire along with measures of pain, disability, catastrophizing, anxiety\u002Fdepression, stress, and central sensitization.
