This situation can indirectly affect the duration of labor by causing an increase in women's anxiety and perceived pain levels. In this regard, the application of non-pharmacological methods that support women in effectively managing pain, enabling their active participation in childbirth, shortening the duration of the stages of labor, and having low cost and side effects, stands out as an important care option for women. Today, the use of non-pharmacological methods by midwives who play an active role in childbirth and postpartum care is becoming increasingly common. Among the non-pharmacological approaches are distraction techniques; Practices such as deep breathing exercises, early skin-to-skin contact, listening to relaxing music, watching videos, virtual reality applications, communicating, or cognitive focus shifting contribute to a woman's perception of her birthing experience as more controllable and comfortable .\n\nThis research will be conducted to evaluate the effect of music listening and stress ball application on placental separation time, pain during episiotomy repair, and breastfeeding success in primiparous pregnant women.",[103,104,105,106],"Primiparity (First-Time Mothers)","Breastfeeding","Episiotomy","Labour",[108,109,110],"vaginal delivery","episiotomy pain","breastfeeding success","2026-07-10",{"date":113,"type":35},"2026-07-16",{"date":115,"type":21},"2026-07-02",{"date":117,"type":21},"2027-12-02",{"name":41,"class":42},{"id":120,"slug":121,"hasResults":11,"nctId":122,"briefTitle":123,"officialTitle":124,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":125,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":126,"maxAge":18,"enrollmentInfo":127,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":129,"briefSummary":130,"conditions":131,"keywords":133,"overallStatus":62,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":136,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":137,"startDateStruct":139,"completionDateStruct":140,"leadSponsor":142,"locationsCount":43},"100641804","local-vibration-for-drooling-in-children-with-cerebral-palsy-100641804","NCT07626424","Local Vibration for Drooling in Children With Cerebral Palsy","Effects of Local Vibration on Orofacial Muscle Tone and Drooling in Children With Cerebral Palsy","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Diagnosis of cerebral palsy\n* Age between 2 and 18 years\n* Presence of anterior drooling\n* Drooling severity and frequency score ≥ 3 on a standardized drooling scale\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* History of surgical intervention for drooling management\n* History of botulinum toxin injection for drooling management\n* Use of medications affecting salivary control\n* Presence of progressive neurological disease\n* Presence of salivary gland pathology or active upper respiratory tract infection\n* History or symptoms of aspiration pneumonia within the last 6 months\n* Indication for surgical treatment of drooling (e.g., more than four clothing changes per day and presence of chin or neck dermatitis)\n* Uncontrolled seizures\n* Presence of oral or perioral lesions\n* Presence of gastrostomy tube\n* Treatment adherence below 85%","2 Years",{"count":128,"type":21},20,[24],"This randomized-controlled trial evaluates local vibration therapy for drooling and orofacial muscle biomechanics in children with cerebral palsy. Bladder cancer is a common urological malignancy, and psychological problems are frequently observed in the preoperative period. The absence of family support in the operating room may increase anxiety and fear, triggering physiological stress responses and raising the risk of complications.\n\nThis multicenter randomized controlled trial will be conducted between September 2025 and March 2027 at Bitlis State Hospital and Tatvan State Hospital. The study sample will include 128 eligible patients, randomly assigned to intervention and control groups. Patients in the intervention group will have a video call with a designated family member in the operating room, while control group patients will receive routine care.\n\nData will be collected using the Descriptive Information Form, the Surgical Fear Questionnaire, and the Visual Analogue Scale; stress levels will be assessed through serum cortisol and glucose values. Measurements will be taken at three time points: preoperatively (T0), immediately before anesthesia (T1), and on the first postoperative day (T2).\n\nThe study is expected to demonstrate that maintaining family support through video calls in the preoperative period reduces anxiety, fear, and stress, thereby improving surgical outcomes and contributing to the development of family-centered care practices.",[199,200],"Bladder Tumor (TURBT)","Bladder (Urothelial, Transitional Cell) Cancer",[202,203,204,205,206],"Transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT)","Preoperative anxiety","Surgical fear","Family-centered care","Video call intervention","2025-09-24",{"date":209,"type":35},"2025-10-02",{"date":211,"type":21},"2025-10-01",{"date":213,"type":21},"2027-09-15",{"name":41,"class":42},2,{"id":217,"slug":218,"hasResults":11,"nctId":219,"briefTitle":220,"officialTitle":221,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":222,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":18,"maxAge":223,"enrollmentInfo":224,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":225,"briefSummary":226,"conditions":227,"keywords":229,"overallStatus":62,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":232,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":233,"startDateStruct":235,"completionDateStruct":237,"leadSponsor":239,"locationsCount":43},"100545369","local-vibration-in-cervical-radiculopathy-100545369","NCT06381011","Local Vibration in Cervical Radiculopathy","Can Local Vibration be Used to Alleviate Symptoms of Cervical Radiculopathy?","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* 1\\.
