Participants will receive Phesgo along with standard chemotherapy over about 18 weeks, followed by surgery.\n\nThe main goal is to measure how many women achieve complete destruction of invasive cancer in the breast and nearby lymph nodes (pathological complete response, pCR). We will also look at other outcomes such as how many women can keep their breast, any side effects, quality of life, satisfaction with treatment, and factors that might predict response.\n\nResults from this real-world study will help assess whether Phesgo can simplify treatment delivery, reduce hospital burden, and improve care access in Algeria where healthcare resources are often stretched.",[25],"Non Metastatic HER2 Positive Breast Cancer",[27,28,29,30,31,32,33],"HER2 positive","Breast cancer","non metastatic","Neoadjuvant therapy","Algerian women","Subcutaneous trastuzumab-pertuzumab","pathologic complete response","RECRUITING","2025-09-03",{"date":37,"type":38},"2025-09-10","ACTUAL",{"date":40,"type":38},"2025-03-01",{"date":42,"type":21},"2025-12",{"name":44,"class":45},"Blida 1 University","OTHER",""]
