(ULTRA) Mega Trial","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Women aged ≥18 years.\n* Scheduled for total laparoscopic hysterectomy for a benign gynecological condition.\n* Able and willing to provide written informed consent.\n* Considered medically suitable for laparoscopic surgery.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Suspected or confirmed gynecological malignancy.\n* Known congenital urinary tract anomaly or pre-existing ureteric obstruction, stricture, fistula, or injury.\n* Previous ureteric reconstruction or current ureteric stent.\n* Planned concomitant urological surgery involving the ureter or bladder.\n* Emergency hysterectomy.\n* Planned subtotal, vaginal, or abdominal hysterectomy.\n* Inability to provide informed consent.","FEMALE","35 Years","70 Years",{"count":20,"type":21},35000,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[24],"NA","This randomized controlled trial will compare routine bilateral ureterolysis with selective ureterolysis during total laparoscopic hysterectomy for benign gynecological conditions. Participants will be allocated to either routine ureter identification and dissection before uterine vessel ligation or selective ureterolysis performed only when predefined intraoperative safety triggers are present.
