The study will evaluate whether earlier physiotherapy improves lung function, reduces postoperative pulmonary complications, shortens intensive care unit and hospital stay, decreases pain and anxiety, and improves overall recovery after surgery. The main question is whether very early postoperative respiratory physiotherapy provides additional benefits for patients recovering from elective heart surgery compared with standard postoperative care.",[28,29,30],"CABG","Respiratory Insufficiency","Postoperative Pulmonary Complications (PPCs)",[32,33,34,35,36,37],"Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG)","Early postoperative physiotherapy","Respiratory physiotherapy","Cardiac surgery","Pulmonary rehabilitation","Respiratory insufficiency","RECRUITING","2026-08-11",{"date":41,"type":42},"2026-08-12","ACTUAL",{"date":44,"type":42},"2026-08-04",{"date":46,"type":22},"2027-06",{"name":48,"class":49},"Dijana Filipović","OTHER",""]
