The study includes both in vitro and in vivo components. The clinical component will include 30 pediatric patients aged 6-10 years undergoing therapeutic head and neck radiotherapy. Participants will be randomly allocated into two groups to receive either nano silver fluoride or bioactive glass gel. The effects of the interventions will be evaluated using salivary pH and bacterial count measurements. The laboratory component will evaluate changes in irradiated primary tooth enamel, including surface morphology, mineral content, and microhardness.",[27],"Radiation Caries",[27,29,30,31,32,33,34],"Primary Teeth","Head and Neck Radiotherapy","Nano Silver Fluoride","Bioactive Glass","Enamel Remineralization","Pediatric Dentistry","RECRUITING","2026-10-04",{"date":38,"type":39},"2026-10-08","ACTUAL",{"date":41,"type":39},"2026-07-11",{"date":43,"type":21},"2027-02-15",{"name":45,"class":46},"Faculty of Dental Medicine for Girls","OTHER_GOV",1,{"id":49,"slug":50,"hasResults":11,"nctId":51,"briefTitle":52,"officialTitle":53,"acronym":54,"eligibilityCriteria":55,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":18,"enrollmentInfo":56,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":58,"briefSummary":59,"conditions":60,"keywords":69,"overallStatus":76,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":77,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":78,"startDateStruct":80,"completionDateStruct":82,"leadSponsor":84,"locationsCount":4},"100659224","effectiveness-of-interactive-techniques-on-oral-hygiene-skills-in-a-group-of-autistic-egyptian-children-100659224","NCT07859696","Effectiveness of Interactive Techniques on Oral Hygiene Skills in a Group of Autistic Egyptian Children","Effectiveness of Peer Modeling, Video Modeling, and Visual Pedagogical Techniques on Oral Hygiene Skills in a Group of Autistic Egyptian Children","Autism ASD","Inclusion Criteria:\n\nDiagnosed with autism, DSM-5, Asperger syndrome, or Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified.\n\nUnderstanding visual or simple verbal instructions (Level 1- 2 autism).
