The main research question it aims to answer is as follows:\n\nDo participants with a mental health disorder actively engage in the Résonance(s) program-that is, do they attend at least 70% of the 11 sessions scheduled in the program (rehearsals with the Orchestre national du Capitole de Toulouse, music listening sessions, and the final concert)\n\nParticipants will take part in the Résonance(s) program for 4 months (rehearsals, discussions with musicians and caregivers, listening sessions, and a public concert), in addition to their usual standard care. They will be assessed three times-before the start of the program, at the end of the 4-month intervention, and 3 months after the program ends-using clinical interviews and self-administered questionnaires focusing in particular on their emotional well-being, recovery, self-stigmatization, self-esteem, attentional abilities, social cognition, and anxiety. The total duration of participation for each patient is 8 months, with the overall study lasting 11 months (including the 3-month enrollment period), and a recruitment goal of 25 patients.",[28],"Chronic Mental Disorders",[30,31],"rehabilitation","music","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-10-07",{"date":35,"type":36},"2026-10-13","ACTUAL",{"date":38,"type":22},"2026-10-17",{"date":40,"type":22},"2027-10-15",{"name":42,"class":43},"Federation Regionale de Recherche en Psychiatrie et Sante Mentale Occitanie","OTHER",1,{"id":46,"slug":47,"hasResults":11,"nctId":48,"briefTitle":49,"officialTitle":50,"acronym":51,"eligibilityCriteria":52,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":53,"minAge":18,"maxAge":54,"enrollmentInfo":55,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":23,"phases":57,"briefSummary":58,"conditions":59,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":61,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":62,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":63,"startDateStruct":65,"completionDateStruct":67,"leadSponsor":69,"locationsCount":44},"100476399","prevalence-of-sexual-addiction-in-an-inmate-population-at-the-muret-detention-center-in-haute-garonne-pas-cd-100476399","NCT05483426","Prevalence of Sexual Addiction in an Inmate Population at the Muret Detention Center in Haute-Garonne (PAS-CD)","Prevalence of Sexual Addiction in an Inmate Population at the Muret Detention Center in Haute-Garonne.","PAS-CD","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Male subjects\n* Detainees at Muret Detention Center\n* Aged between 18 and 65 at the time of the search\n* And having agreed to participate in the research.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Person under legal protection, guardianship or curatorship ;\n* Insufficient command of the French language\n* Existence of cognitive disorders preventing a good understanding of the information relating to the study or the various questionnaires.","MALE","65 Years",{"count":56,"type":22},200,[25],"Sexual addiction, also known as hypersexuality or compulsive sexuality, is a human sexual behavior that results in a continuous and persistent search for sexual pleasure. Replacing the former terms satyriasis and nymphomania, the World Health Organization (WHO) ICD-11 has referred to this disorder as \"compulsive sexual behavior disorders\".\n\nFrom multiple causes (iatrogeny, neurological causes, psychiatric causes, psychopathological hypotheses), but still only partially known, the inclusion of this disorder among impulsivity-related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders or addiction-related disorders is still debated in the scientific literature. Thus, in the absence of sufficient robust scientific data, DSM-5 refused to include this disorder in its classification.\n\nHowever, the consequences of this disorder on the psychosocial functioning of individuals are not negligible, which can go as far as the precipitation of a transition to an heteroaggressive act which can thus lead to incarceration.\n\nThe prevalence of this disorder in the general population is estimated between 2 and 6% based on current literature data. This rate appears to be higher among men and more specifically among sex offenders.\n\nHowever, some authors have noted that the difficulty in determining a clear prevalence of sexual addiction may be related to the still poorly defined diagnostic criteria for this disorder as well as the choice of measurement tools.\n\nIn the inmate population, to our knowledge, there are no French prevalence studies of this disorder. In addition, no studies have been conducted to compare the prevalence of sexual addiction among sex offenders (SASO) with that among non-sex offenders (SANSO).\n\nWe hope that better screening for addiction would enable better management of patients with this disorder, promoting their psychosocial rehabilitation and well-being, so as to prevent the recurrence of a transition to sexual arousal.",[60],"Sexual Addiction","RECRUITING","2026-08-31",{"date":64,"type":36},"2026-09-02",{"date":66,"type":36},"2023-04-26",{"date":68,"type":22},"2027-04-26",{"name":42,"class":43},""]
