To address this need, the PsyGes project developed the Youngsters Upbringing Mental Health Information and Counselling App (YOUCA), a smartphone app that provides parents with information, practical guidance, daily tips, communication strategies, a mental health glossary, and a directory of support services.\n\nThis study aims to evaluate the usability and potential effectiveness of YOUCA in improving parenting skills and parental self-efficacy (confidence in supporting a child). In this mixed-methods randomized waitlist-controlled pilot study, approximately 25 parents of children with mental health difficulties will participate. Participants will use the app over a four-week period and complete questionnaires before and after use. App usability and satisfaction will also be assessed. Interviews with parents and a focus group with psychosocial experts will provide additional feedback to support further app development and future larger-scale evaluation.",[28,29,30],"Mental Health Help-Seeking","Mental Health Difficulties","Mental Health and General Well-being",[32,33,34,35,36,37],"Parenting Skills","Parental Self-Efficacy","Digital Mental Health","Pilot Study","Usability","Child and Adolescent Mental Health","RECRUITING","2026-09-21",{"date":41,"type":42},"2026-09-22","ACTUAL",{"date":44,"type":42},"2026-09-15",{"date":46,"type":22},"2026-12",{"name":48,"class":49},"Hochschule Campus Wien (University of Applied Sciences Campus Vienna)","OTHER",1,{"id":52,"slug":53,"hasResults":11,"nctId":54,"briefTitle":55,"officialTitle":56,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":57,"healthyVolunteers":17,"sex":18,"minAge":58,"maxAge":59,"enrollmentInfo":60,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":23,"phases":62,"briefSummary":63,"conditions":64,"keywords":66,"overallStatus":38,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":76,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":77,"startDateStruct":78,"completionDateStruct":80,"leadSponsor":82,"locationsCount":50},"100653531","dietary-intervention-study-on-liver-health-in-young-adults-100653531","NCT07786831","Dietary Intervention Study on Liver Health in Young Adults","Interdisciplinary Project on Liver Health With a Focus on Steatotic Changes - Pilot Project of the Radiologic Technology, Dietetics, and Biomedical Analysis Programs","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age 20 to 30 years\n* Currently enrolled as a student\n* Body mass index (BMI) less than or equal to 29 kg\u002Fm\\^2\n* Willingness to attend all three study visits at baseline, Week 6, and Week 12\n* Willingness to follow the assigned dietary intervention throughout the 12-week study period\n* Ability to understand the study information and provide written informed consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Known acute or chronic liver disease, including non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) or metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD)\n* Acute hepatitis\n* History of liver transplantation\n* Excessive alcohol consumption\n* Heart failure or ascites\n* Electronic or implanted medical devices that contraindicate bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), such as a cardiac pacemaker\n* Pregnancy\n* Regular use of medications other than oral contraceptives, including medications with potential hepatotoxic effects\n* Extreme dietary patterns or use of dietary supplements that may interfere with study outcomes\n* Unwillingness to follow the assigned dietary intervention or comply with standardized measurement conditions\n* Inability to provide informed consent","20 Years","30 Years",{"count":61,"type":22},100,[25],"This prospective randomized dietary intervention study investigates the effects of two dietary approaches on liver health in young adults over a 12-week period.
