The FWN programme combines nature exposure, physical activity, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) methods. The effects of the FWN programme are studied in a randomised controlled trial. The psychological well-being, functioning, and nature connectedness are investigated with self-report measures and analysed with quantitative methods. The results provide knowledge about the ability of nature-based, low-threshold methods to support older adults (65+) who provide care for their close one.",[27,28,29,30,31],"Psychological Well Being","Psychological Flexibility","Physical Functioning","Burden, Caregiver","Natured-informed Therapy",[33,34,35,36,37,38],"Nature-based intervention","Psychological well-being","Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)","Older caregivers","Nature connectedness","Physical functioning","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-09-16",{"date":42,"type":43},"2026-09-17","ACTUAL",{"date":45,"type":21},"2026-09-07",{"date":47,"type":21},"2028-03",{"name":49,"class":50},"JAMK University Of Applied Sciences","OTHER",""]
