Participants in the RF group will receive three treatment sessions using the Density Noir radiofrequency system at 6-week intervals. Participants in the topical treatment group will use a combination gel containing adapalene 0.1% and benzoyl peroxide 2.5% once daily for 12 weeks. Participants in both groups will be followed for an additional 12 weeks after completion of treatment.\n\nThe main purpose of the study is to compare how well the two treatments reduce the number of inflammatory acne lesions and facial sebum production. The study will also evaluate treatment safety and tolerability. Additional assessments will include overall acne severity, skin redness, dermal thickness, quality of life, treatment-related pain, participant satisfaction, and durability of treatment response.",[27],"Acne Vulgaris",[29,30,31,32,33],"Facial Acne","Radiofrequency Treatment","Density Noir","Sebum Production","Mild-to-Moderate Acne","RECRUITING","2026-09-01",{"date":37,"type":38},"2026-09-04","ACTUAL",{"date":40,"type":21},"2026-09-15",{"date":42,"type":21},"2026-12-31",{"name":44,"class":45},"Jeisys Medical Inc","INDUSTRY",1,{"id":48,"slug":49,"hasResults":11,"nctId":50,"briefTitle":51,"officialTitle":52,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":53,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":54,"enrollmentInfo":55,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":57,"briefSummary":58,"conditions":59,"keywords":61,"overallStatus":34,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":35,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":67,"startDateStruct":69,"completionDateStruct":70,"leadSponsor":71,"locationsCount":46},"100654608","clinical-evaluation-of-linear-z-for-body-contouring-100654608","NCT07802431","Clinical Evaluation of Linear Z for Body Contouring","Prospective, Single-center, Single-arm Clinical Research Evaluating the Safety and Effectiveness of Linear Z for Non-invasive Body Contouring of the Abdomen and Flanks","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Adults aged 18 to 65 years.\n* Participants of either sex.\n* Body mass index (BMI) greater than 20 kg\u002Fm².\n* Presence of localized, visible, and measurable subcutaneous adiposity of the abdomen and flanks considered adequate for non-invasive body contouring by the investigator.\n* Minimum subcutaneous fat thickness of 30 mm, assessed clinically or by caliper\u002Fultrasound.\n* Stable body weight (±3 kg) for the past 3 months.\n* Willingness to maintain stable diet and exercise habits during study participation.\n* Ability to comply with study requirements.\n* Provision of written informed consent.\n* Compliance with other clinical criteria defined for the study.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Pregnancy or breastfeeding.\n* Women planning pregnancy during study participation.\n* Previous body contouring procedures in the treatment area within the past 6 months.\n* Moderate to severe skin laxity in the treatment area that, in the investigator's judgment, is likely to interfere with assessment of body-contouring results.\n* Active dermatologic conditions or infections.\n* Implanted electronic devices, such as a pacemaker or implanted defibrillator.\n* Coagulation disorders.\n* Use of anticoagulant therapy.\n* Severe uncontrolled systemic disease.\n* Participation in another clinical investigation within the previous 30 days.\n* Any contraindication listed in the device manual.\n* Hernia in the treatment area.\n* Metal implants in the treatment area.\n* Significant open scars, tattoos, or wounds in the treatment area.\n* Altered sensation or neuropathy.\n* Active malignancy.\n* History of keloid formation or poor wound healing.\n* Use of weight-loss medications or GLP-1 agonists within the previous 3 months.\n* Previous liposuction or surgery in the treatment area within the previous 12 months.\n* Psychiatric conditions that affect the ability to provide informed consent or that affect body-image perception.\n* Women of childbearing potential who are unwilling to use medically acceptable contraception during study participation.\n* Any participant who, in the investigator's opinion, is not suitable for participation or is unlikely to comply with study procedures or complete the study.","65 Years",{"count":56,"type":21},30,[24],"This clinical study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of LinearZ, a non-invasive focused ultrasound device, for body contouring of the lower abdomen and flanks.\n\nApproximately 30 adults with localized fat in the abdomen and flanks will participate in the study.
