Patients requiring contrast-enhanced CT imaging are randomized to either standard intravenous saline hydration or a furosemide-based decongestion strategy. Renal function is assessed using serial measurements of creatinine and cystatin C, before and after contrast exposure. By comparing renal outcomes, congestion status, and safety profiles, this study aims to determine whether a decongestion-focused approach provides superior renal protection compared with conventional hydration in high-risk acute heart failure patients.",[27,28],"Heart Failure Acute","Renal Dysfunction",[30,31,32],"contrast-induced acute kidney injury","decongestion","hydration","RECRUITING","2026-07-14",{"date":36,"type":37},"2026-07-16","ACTUAL",{"date":39,"type":21},"2026-07-01",{"date":41,"type":21},"2027-06-30",{"name":43,"class":44},"Jin Joo Park","OTHER",1,{"id":47,"slug":48,"hasResults":11,"nctId":49,"briefTitle":50,"officialTitle":51,"acronym":52,"eligibilityCriteria":53,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":54,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":55,"targetDuration":57,"studyType":58,"phases":4,"briefSummary":59,"conditions":60,"keywords":62,"overallStatus":33,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":66,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":67,"startDateStruct":69,"completionDateStruct":71,"leadSponsor":73,"locationsCount":45},"100637994","acute-heart-failure-registry-100637994","NCT07601022","Acute Heart Failure Registry","Clinical Utility of Quantitative Electrocardiography in Patients With Acute Heart Failure: A Prospective Observational Study","B-AHF","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Adults aged 19 years or older who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology for acute heart failure\n* NT-proBNP ≥300 pg\u002FmL\n* Patients who underwent electrocardiography at least once\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* History of congenital heart disease\n* Patients with a dominant electronic pacemaker rhythm\n* Patients with a heart rate \\>140 beats per minute or electrocardiograms with excessive noise","19 Years",{"count":56,"type":21},400,"1 Year","OBSERVATIONAL","To evaluate the clinical utility of quantitative electrocardiography (Quantitative ECG, QCG) by analyzing its associations with clinical characteristics and laboratory findings in patients hospitalized with acute heart failure.",[61],"Acute Heart Failure (AHF)",[63,64,65],"acute heart failure","heart failure","electrocardiography","2026-05-28",{"date":68,"type":37},"2026-06-01",{"date":70,"type":37},"2026-05-08",{"date":72,"type":21},"2030-12-31",{"name":43,"class":44},""]
