The main objectivess of the study are to:\n\n1. Assess the feasibility of the program\n2. Assess the effects of the program on emotional wellbeing and quality of life\n3. Assess the effects of the program on caregiver burden\n\nParticipants will join an 8-week program combining chair yoga, vocal strengthening, and peer support groups, conducted virtually. Participants will complete pre- and post- intervention questionnaires related to emotional wellbeing and quality of life.
