Six independent raters (three neurosurgeons and three radiology specialists) will evaluate the same CT datasets using a standardized measurement protocol. Each rater will perform two independent assessment rounds separated by a one-month washout period. A4 Thoracolumbar Junction Fractures","Inclusion Criteria:\n\nConservative Treatment Cohort:\n\n* Age 18 to 50 years.\n* Acute or subacute traumatic fracture of the thoracolumbar junction at the start of treatment.\n* AOSpine type A2, A3, or A4 fracture.\n* No clinical evidence of nerve root or spinal cord compression at the injured level.\n* Conservative treatment of the thoracolumbar junction fracture.\n* Minimum follow-up period of 1 year.\n* Written informed consent for prospective follow-up or additional study procedures, when applicable.\n\nSurgical Treatment Cohort:\n\n* Age 18 to 50 years.\n* Acute or subacute traumatic fracture of the thoracolumbar junction at the start of treatment.\n* AOSpine type A2, A3, or A4 fracture.\n* No clinical evidence of nerve root or spinal cord
